“Plymouth Industrial REIT has used the services of ROI Energy Solutions for properties we own in Twinsburg, Glenwillow, Troy Ohio and in South Bend. Upgrading our lighting to reliable LED lighting has been well received by our tenants. Beyond lowering their utility and maintenance costs, they like the brighter light levels and energy efficiency. We’ve had an excellent relationship with Bob/ROI Energy over the years. He is an on schedule and on budget professional. I’m happy to recommend his company”.
